📋 Description

• Responsible for the coordination, communication, definition, and completion of assigned projects related to the rollout of State and Payer solutions • Ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals • Remove barriers for implementation, customer success, and sales teams for timely implementations • Maintain impeccable attention to detail and exceptional technical skills • Engage with customer stakeholders to ensure a positive client experience and engagement • Participate in cross-functional discussions and strategy sessions • Support pre-implementation activities including review of implementation requirements and identifying risks • Represent technical perspectives in client meetings and contribute to decision making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in technology implementations, preferably in healthcare with a focus on solution configuration//design • Deep understanding of SaaS implementation models, preferably within home and community-based care, Medicaid, or payer-driven environments. • Demonstrated success in building repeatable processes, managing risk, and driving operational excellence. • Exceptional communication, judgment, and decision-making skills. • Passion for improving healthcare delivery and outcomes through technology. • Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role.
