📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain our company website and internal web applications • Optimize landing pages for marketing and lead conversion campaigns • Implement modern UX/UI design principles to enhance visual presentation and user experience • Use Google ecosystem tools like google tag manager to implement proper tracking • Leverage AI tools as an assistant to coding/programming • Regularly audit and improve website speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate digital assets and content for campaigns • Maintain website security, perform regular updates, and manage hosting or server environments

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in backend and full-stack web development • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and/or relevant backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Laravel) • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) • Strong knowledge of landing page creation and performance optimization • Experience using Google tools: Google Tag Manager • Familiarity with AI and automation tools to improve workflows or generate content/designs • Understanding of responsive design principles and modern UI/UX best practices • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Familiarity with SEO, page speed optimization, and schema markup
