📋 Description

• Consolidates, analyzes, and reports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and compares them against key performance indicators such as plan, historical results and other specified benchmarks; • Supports assigned regions and lines of business with forecasting, actuals, variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting; • Builds and maintain regional templates and reports to facilitate monthly and quarterly reporting; • Provides analysis for and assists in the preparation of financial presentations for senior leadership meetings; • Supports and assists with the annual and long-term strategic planning processes; • Creates dynamic, insightful reporting using business intelligence tools; • Builds and maintains dashboards and scorecards to support performance visibility and decision making; • Analyzes internal financial data as well as partner and supplier spend to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities; • Drives key initiatives in support of financial objectives relating to revenue, profit and cash flow; • Supports operational finance controls to maintain audit readiness; • Engages on special projects supporting enterprise-wide initiatives as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-to-3-year financial analyst experience required; • Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business, or a related subject; • Background in senior living, foodservice, or hospitality preferred; • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to interact and effectively communicate with senior management and diverse teams; • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize accordingly; • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and get results without formal authority; • Sound business judgment and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations; • Advanced proficiency in Excel; • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); • Experience with Sage Intacct or comparable ERP / accounting systems; • Experience with Ramp or comparable expense management / spend control platform; • Experience working with financial data (P&L, budgets, forecasting).
