📋 Description

• Complete repairs and rebuilds on engine products in the field. • Act as the front-line representative to customers. • Perform complete diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of customer equipment at the customer’s location. • Develop productive customer relations. • Apply documented procedures and policies to complete repairs and schedule maintenance. • Assist with completion required documentation. • Complete training in line with skill and business requirements. • Ensure adherence to all meaningful Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as an engine technician. • Strong ability to troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and perform repairs on engine systems efficiently and accurately. • Ability to operate a service vehicle, including safely using service cranes and other heavy equipment as required for field service repairs. • Class A or B CDL (preferred but not required). • Cummins Engine Certifications in midrange, heavy duty or high horsepower (preferred but not required).

• This position is subject to Federal Transit Administration random and pre-employment drug testing requirements. • This roll will be subject to on-going random drug and alcohol testing. • A current valid license is required for this role. • 3 years driving experience. • Locally valid driving permit.
