📋 Description

• Service Beckman Coulter products at customer facilities • Cultivate customer relationships • Support commercial initiatives • Address customer needs promptly • Drive a “first time fix” through the problem-solving process • Increase throughput and decrease downtime • Perform regular preventive maintenance • Complete regular upgrades • Advocate for the customer internally and externally • Work as part of the Global Service Organization • Report to the District Service Manager • Cover the Metro East District and Greater NYC area

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, or life science, or equivalent military experience • 1+ year of experience problem solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting instrumentation challenges using varied methods • Ability to undertake 10%–50% overnight travel • Ability to commute onsite to customer facilities within the assigned territory • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to occasionally lift, lower, and move up to 50 lbs. • Previous laboratory or field service experience is a plus • Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment is a plus
