📋 Description

• Define and drive product vision, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business priorities, and strategic objectives • Prioritize and manage product backlogs to maximize business value and accelerate delivery of high-impact digital solutions • Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable product enhancements that improve user experience and adoption • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable, reliable products that support operational excellence and customer success • Enable seamless integration across OEM systems, service tools, and data platforms to create connected user experiences • Establish clear product goals, metrics, and outcomes that drive continuous improvement and measurable business results • Facilitate effective planning and execution activities, ensuring teams remain focused on delivering customer-centered solutions • Influence stakeholders across the organization to align priorities, remove obstacles, and achieve successful product outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required • SAFe® Product Owner/Agile Product Manager (POPM) certification preferred • Strong Agile product ownership expertise with the ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, build alignment across matrixed organizations, and drive cross-functional collaboration • Strong customer focus, business insight, and analytical thinking to translate complex challenges into valuable product solutions • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, Lean-Agile principles, and delivering measurable business value.
