• Manage territory to achieve ECJV business objectives. • Establish positive customer relationships to ensure profitable market share of ECJV products. • Provide product support, sales support, service support and applications training to ECJV customers to maintain and grow spec market through pull through marketing. • Implement action plans to reach market share goals. • Resolve customer product complaints in a timely fashion. • Effectively manage the introduction of new products. • Train customer personnel on ECJV products. • Manage customer support policy to meet region guidelines. • Manage territory expense budget as established by region manager. • Assure reliability of CIS.
• Knowledge of trucking industry • Negotiation skills • College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales or a related subject, or acceptable sales related work experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience. • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. • Must be located within the region this role supports: Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
