📋 Description

• Lead mid-to-large scale engagements for the Technology Innovation Office, including planning, facilitation, and execution • Lead discovery activities to assess business challenges, evaluate potential solutions, and define initiative scope, benefits, risks, and success measures • Deliver analysis, status reporting, and performance insights for portfolio management, leadership decision-making, and innovation pipeline governance • Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, shape, and prioritize innovation opportunities • Facilitate planning, prioritization, and sequencing activities supporting Innovation strategies • Develop recommendations, value hypotheses, and business cases for prioritization and investment decisions • Translate business goals and requirements into structured engagements and actionable outputs • Manage relationships from opportunity identification through implementation • Identify and escalate governance, compliance, adoption, and delivery risks • Analyze engagement outcomes and performance metrics to track business value and adoption • Monitor progress and identify risks or issues with Technology Innovation Office leadership • Escalate challenges and coordinate resolution • Develop executive-ready communications, presentations, and engagement materials • Design and execute stakeholder engagement, change enablement, and adoption activities • Guide innovation literacy, AI awareness, and enablement activities • Promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of innovation capabilities across the enterprise • Mentor and coach Consultants and provide guidance, feedback, and support to enhance team capability and engagement quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related professional work experience • 7+ years of progressive consulting, business transformation, innovation, or technology experience • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional engagements from discovery through implementation • Experience applying AI, automation, or emerging technologies to business opportunities • Experience working in regulated environments, such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare • Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Demonstrated ability to mentor others • MBA or advanced degree preferred • Experience applying lean experimentation, human-centered design, agile delivery, or product discovery practices preferred • Familiarity with innovation frameworks, change enablement practices, and methods for driving organizational adoption of new technologies preferred • A resume is required to apply
