📋 Description

• Lead sourcing and contracting activities supporting category strategies and business initiatives • Achieve cost-effective procurement outcomes while maintaining and improving product quality and supplier service levels • Partner with Procurement, business areas, and internal support functions • Conduct RFx, guide supplier selection, and execute contracting processes • Minimize total transaction costs and identify opportunities to transition spend to strategic categories • Leverage existing sourcing strategies for spend categories • Ensure purchases adhere to policies and procedures • Uphold internal and external policies, regulations, and laws • Drive best practices, simplification, standardization, and operational efficiency • Identify process improvement ideas • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement category strategies • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or related field • 3-5 years related work experience in Procurement • Demonstrated expert team facilitation, influencing, and communication skills • Ability to manage entire order to payment process • Ability to translate identified requirements into clear, comprehensive, consistent, and mutually exclusive requirements • Highly effective listening, interpersonal, influencing, team work, and collaboration skills • Ability to comply with existing and quickly adapt to new processes • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to forge internal customer/external supplier relationships • Service oriented • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and manage deadlines • Resume required to apply
