📋 Description

• Support clinicians with patient coordination tasks including but not limited to: • Pharmacy communication and prescription support • Referrals and prior authorizations • Scheduling and follow-up outreach • Provide empathetic, patient-centered communication internally and externally. • Accurately and thoroughly document tasks and communications in the electronic health record (EHR) • Identify workflow issues and escalate when needed • Participate in team huddles and quality initiatives • Ensures compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) • At least 3 years of medical assistant experience required • At least 1 year of prior telemedicine experience required • Comfortable working independently and handling high-volume patient interactions • Proficient in navigating various telehealth platforms and EHR systems and adaptable to evolving technology, including AI-driven tools and digital platforms • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment, with reliable high-speed internet access • Able to work weekends and assigned holidays as part of your regular schedule • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
