📋 Description

• Assist Case Managers with securing appropriate referrals for members • Create and send authorization letters and referral packets to affiliate providers • Educate network affiliates regarding CuraLinc's procedures and case management requirements • Assist with network development activities to expand CuraLinc's network of EAP affiliate providers • Conduct other clerical/administrative duties as needed • Assist CuraLinc's licensed behavioral health clinicians (Care Advocates) by conducting telephonic searches for network providers with confirmed appointment availability who meet participants' needs and preferences

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA Degree Preferred • Excellent Telephone Skills • Outstanding Customer Service Skills • Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment • Strong Attention to Detail • Intermediate Computer Skills Including Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Self-Motivated and Highly Dependable • Ability to work in the continental United States and Hawaii
