• 2–4 years of experience in management or strategy consulting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, modeling) • Experience working with large datasets and performance metrics • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams • Experience in healthcare, especially value-based care, provider operations, or payer-provider models • Familiarity with healthcare KPIs (e.g., utilization, risk adjustment, cost of care, quality metrics) • Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools • Exposure to client-facing work or stakeholder management in a consulting environment
