📋 Description

• Act as a legal generalist for the business, covering commercial agreements, compliance, employment, and regulatory questions • Manage commercial contracting processes and contract database • Build AI-enabled legal workflows for efficiency • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements • Serve as a legal partner to cross-functional teams • Develop and drive compliance programs from scoping to execution • Support the CLO on high-stakes legal matters

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in any US jurisdiction • 4–9 years of experience across law firm and/or in-house roles • Proven generalist range in commercial, compliance, employment, and regulatory work • Legal ops experience and AI tooling proficiency • Strong communication skills with non-legal stakeholders • Self-directed and ownership-oriented with a proactive approach
