📋 Description
• Drive the development of a new, end-to-end operational process for title transactions • Work on a remote team using technology and virtual communication • Run all technical aspects of a commercial title transaction – from underwriting to post-close – with significant operational support • Use data to drive decision making and continual process improvements
🎯 Requirements
• General understanding of underwriting regional or national commercial real estate transactions for the issuance of title insurance policies • 5-10 years title underwriting experience • Excellent verbal and written communication • Has a successful history of managing and serving customers • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admitted to the bar in at least one US state
