📋 Description

• Own the success of our most strategic customer deployments, from initial planning through organization-wide rollout. • Act as the quarterback across customer stakeholders and Cursor teams, driving alignment, execution, and decision-making. • Turn ambiguity into clear plans, identify risks before they become problems, and keep complex programs moving forward. • Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, executives, and technical teams at some of the world's most sophisticated companies. • Create the playbooks, processes, and operating model for how Cursor scales enterprise deployments. • Bring customer feedback directly into Product and Engineering, helping shape the future of Cursor.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading large, cross-functional technical projects with significant stakeholder complexity. • Strong customer-facing skills and a track record of building trust with senior technical and business leaders. • Ability to understand technical systems and communicate effectively with engineers. • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership without waiting for direction. • Bias toward action and a willingness to dive in wherever needed to help customers succeed. • Experience with enterprise software deployments, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or program management. • Background working with developer tools, infrastructure, AI products, or technical platforms. • Experience partnering with large engineering organizations and executive stakeholders. • Previous experience at a high-growth startup.
