• Leading the growth of Curtiss-Wright’s Instrumentation and Control (I&C) products and services. • Driving revenue and market share growth while increasing customer engagement. • Defining, implementing, and evolving the sales strategy for a $200M business unit. • Owning revenue targets, strategic account growth, and capture of high-value contracts. • Developing sales forecasts and providing input into corporate revenue planning. • Building and sustaining trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite and procurement executives. • Managing marketing communications and attending trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences. • Driving pipeline growth through proactive customer engagement and demand generation.
• Proven leader, with exceptional execution skills. • Demonstrated success leading large-scale sales organizations. • Excellent strategic thinking and executive stakeholder management skills. • Proven significant growth delivery experience. • Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong commercial and financial acumen. • Willingness to travel to support sales activities and client engagements. • Beneficial to have nuclear experience and/or I&C experience. • Strong people management and talent development skills. • Ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
