📋 Description

• Provide professional project management for designated projects and assignments at client sites, campuses, and facilities • Interact with client representatives onsite and coordinate with property or facility management teams • Monitor and coordinate services and processes related to client contracted project management and tenant improvement agreements • Collaborate with account managers, building or facility management teams, clients, owners, and others • Prepare agendas and maintain master project budgets and timelines • Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews across conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases • Assist with consultant and construction team selection, contracting, and oversight • Review requisitions, change orders, and project invoices; confer on costs and impacts • Support marketing of services to clients as requested • Adhere to corporate, building, client, and government policies, laws, regulations, building codes, and safety regulations • Cooperate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit goals • Report major problems, findings, results, and recommendations to the immediate supervisor • Obtain management approvals for organizational changes, additional commitments, and expenditures exceeding approved budgets • Maintain high qualitative and quantitative work standards • Continuously improve skills and maintain current knowledge in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Restaurant, food service, hospitality, retail, or franchise construction project management experience preferred • Proven success delivering restaurant remodels and renovations • Proven success delivering equipment replacement and installation programs • Proven success delivering kitchen modernization initiatives • Proven success delivering multi-site construction projects • Proven success delivering retail rollout and franchise development programs • B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture • Client Focus • Communication Proficiency (oral and written) • Relationship Management • Leadership • Multi-Tasking • Technical Proficiency • Consultation • Organization Skills • Time Management
