📋 Description

• Provide professional project management for designated projects and assignments at client sites, campuses, and facilities • Interact with client representatives and coordinate with property or facility management teams • Monitor and coordinate services and processes under client-contracted project management and tenant improvement agreements • Prepare agendas and maintain master project budgets and timelines • Keep building management apprised of project progress • Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews across conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases • Assist with consultant and construction team selection, contracting, and oversight • Review requisitions, change orders, and project invoices; confer on costs and impacts • Support marketing services to clients as requested • Adhere to corporate, building, client, and government policies, laws, regulations, building codes, and safety regulations • Collaborate with building and facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit objectives • Report major problems, findings, and results to the immediate supervisor with recommendations • Obtain management approvals for organizational changes, additional commitments, and expenditures exceeding approved budgets • Maintain high qualitative and quantitative work standards • Continuously improve skills and maintain current knowledge in the field

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering or Architecture • Minimum 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role • Minimum 5 years of project management experience • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity • Experience leading, motivating, and developing employees • Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred • Client focus • Oral and written communication proficiency • Relationship management • Leadership • Multi-tasking • Technical proficiency • Consultation • Organization skills • Time management
