📋 Description

• Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems for assigned properties • Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s) • Maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, and other systems • Monitor and adjust mechanical/pneumatic equipment and provide a comfortable environment • Verify field conditions and perform necessary repairs or adjustments • Perform preventive maintenance duties in accordance with standards and best practices • Inspect engine room and other equipment and perform repairs • Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Graduate of apprentice program or trade school preferred • 5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting • Appropriate license/permit for trade (Journeyman or Master Electrician License or City Licenses) • Certification as a Universal Technician for CFC’s depending on market licensure requirements • Valid driver's license and good driving record • Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word • Experience in operation, maintenance, and basic repair of HVAC, boilers, heaters, pumps, refrigerant systems, compressors, and water systems • Knowledgeable in energy management systems, techniques, and operations • Thorough knowledge of all building systems operations, maintenance, and repair.
