📋 Description

• Lead the achievement of strategic goals and deliverables for multiple clients within large, complex, geographically diverse real estate portfolios • Proactively support the account team in client engagements to ensure excellence and consistency • Assist in solving complex problems and identify innovative solutions • Understand key client business issues, evaluate and validate analyses, and develop and deliver recommendations • Support delivery teams across multiple workstreams and own day-to-day relationships needed for delivery excellence • Conceptualize frameworks for collecting and analyzing data and translating findings into a story • Research and challenge the status quo to develop thought leadership • Design and deliver frameworks for senior client leadership workshops supporting strategic development and decision-making • Design integrated workplace, human experience, and portfolio solutions supporting business objectives • Design financial modeling frameworks and translate analyzed data into a story

🎯 Requirements

• Must have experience in areas such as Portfolio Optimization, Cost Optimization, Portfolio Strategy related to Mergers & Acquisitions, or Workplace Strategy • Extensive experience and expertise using structured consulting methodology related to scoping, framing, and delivering consulting engagements for FORTUNE1000 clients • Big 4-type Consulting background strongly encouraged • Experience influencing and relationship management at the senior executive level • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop conclusions and recommendations • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex matters daily • Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university • 8+ years of experience successfully leading and delivering consulting engagements for occupier clients related to Commercial Real Estate Strategy • Real estate license where required by state law
