📋 Description

• Own delivery health and oversight for a portfolio of strategic programs • Translate executive priorities into executable roadmaps, delivery strategies, governance models, and resource plans • Establish, maintain, and improve project and program management methodologies, governance frameworks, operating rhythms, templates, reporting standards, and best practices across the PMO • Provide strategic guidance and support to project managers • Monitor and manage portfolio-level risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and cross-functional impacts • Develop mitigation plans and escalate issues requiring executive attention • Advise executive sponsors and senior leadership on options, trade-offs, risks, recommendations, and investment decisions • Lead resolution of complex cross-functional risks, issues, conflicts, and escalations • Establish governance and delivery frameworks for urgent executive initiatives • Champion enterprise-wide initiatives requiring a programmatic solution • Represent the PMO in executive forums and planning discussions • Provide recommendations on portfolio prioritization, resource investments, organizational readiness, and execution strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required • 5+ years of progressive project, program, portfolio management, or management consulting experience leading complex, enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives • Knowledge of commercial real estate, professional services, or service-based delivery organizations preferred • PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile/Scrum, or comparable certifications strongly preferred • Proven experience leading PMO functions or enterprise program management • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments • Demonstrated ability to quickly assess situations, establish structure, and provide solutions to drive execution
