📋 Description

• Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial models and planning tools • Gather and analyze financial and operational data to support planning activities • Help identify financial risks and opportunities through trend analysis • Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics • Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast • Analyze revenue, expenses, labor costs, and operational performance data • Partner with finance and operational teams to provide financial insights and reporting support • Assist in evaluating business cases, customer contracts, and operational initiatives • Provide ad hoc financial and operational analyses for management • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) • Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for operational improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • 1-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis • Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of financial data • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
