📋 Description

• Provide portfolio-level oversight of project controls delivery • Establish delivery strategies, controls frameworks, and governance structures • Serve as senior advisor to client stakeholders • Mentor and oversee Managers and Senior Project Controls staff • Influence staffing, resourcing, and delivery models • Contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field • Thirteen or more years of related experience • 2 or more years of management experience • Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area • Advanced project controls skills • Expertise in client relations, client management and consulting • Highly organized with strong analytical skills • Expertise using cost and schedule management software • Experience within one or more of the following industries: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field • Exemplary oral and written communication skills • Master's degree preferred • Certification preferred
