📋 Description

• Develop designs using computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software • Establish and maintain an organized file system for As-Built Drawings • Convert existing construction drawings to CAD software • Communicate with Project Management, Space Planning and Move Management regarding CAD needs • Generate reports and analysis on space • Manage and report space allocation data, including business presence and archiving • Monitor space allocation data and changes • Provide allocation data according to the client Space Allocation Process • Establish core program standards for global space naming conventions, allocation model application, drawing standards and reporting standards • Establish working relationships and guide development of roles and responsibilities with partners • Establish governance program and data quality assurance reporting for global portfolio consistency • Monitor execution of the client space allocation model and reporting delivery • Serve as SPOC and global system administrator for client space data management • Enable CAFM system integration efforts • Recommend process improvements and performance enhancements • Provide system training for users • Guide and review recommendations for operational efficiency, service delivery, cost savings and innovative service advancements • Coach space team leadership in space planning and FF&E solution development

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, Data Analytics or Occupancy Planning • Four to Eight years experience in a corporate real estate environment • Solid understanding of drafting techniques • Familiarity with construction and furniture terminology • Expertise in CAD/CAFM • Knowledge of methodologies and calculations used to generate and analyze allocation models • Ability to establish global space naming, allocation model, drawing and reporting standards • Ability to establish working relationships with partners • Ability to establish governance and data quality assurance reporting • Ability to serve as SPOC and global system administrator for a client space data management system • Ability to support CAFM system integration efforts • Ability to provide space data management system training • Ability to guide and review recommendations for operational efficiency and service delivery • Ability to coach space team leadership in space planning and FF&E solution development
