📋 Description

• Assist with contract organization and data hygiene for the legacy migration project to LinkSquares • Review and archive legacy and outdated templates and documents from Google Drive • Shadow the General Counsel and Paralegal in real-time contract negotiations and stakeholder interactions • Support management of shared inboxes by triaging, tagging, and responding to routine inquiries • Initiate and coordinate customer security assessments using Conveyor and other intake tools • Collaborate with the General Counsel, Legal Ops Manager, Paralegal, and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in corporate, contract, or technology law • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Interest or experience in legal tech platforms such as LinkSquares and Conveyor is a plus • Successful completion of a background check and employment verifications
