📋 Description

• Lead UX design efforts from ideation through launch • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers across Custom Ink’s digital ecosystem • Design and refine user journeys by translating research insights into intuitive, engaging experiences • Develop and enhance the design system for consistency, scalability, and efficiency • Advocate for systematic design and teach best practices • Foster alignment with engineers and designers • Conduct user research and usability testing • Analyze data to drive evidence-based design decisions • Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and business objectives • Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals with cross-functional teams • Shape customer experiences across Custom Ink’s e-commerce platform • Leverage AI to accelerate research, synthesis, and iteration while applying human judgment and user empathy • Influence design quality, user engagement, conversion, collaboration, and data-informed design strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, focused on consumer-facing digital products • Strong background in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture • Experience with design systems, including scaling and maintaining component libraries • Advanced mastery of Figma • Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development best practices is a plus • Strong ability to communicate complex interactive concepts to cross-functional teams • Portfolio showcasing user-centered, visually compelling designs and design rationale • Must reside in a state where Custom Ink is registered to do business as an employer • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working at a computer • Regular use of standard office equipment, including computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone • Successful criminal background check required for employment offers
