📋 Description

• Analyze scope-of-work rehabilitation projects and supporting documentation to eliminate financial risks in construction loan products • Work directly with CV3 customers, third-party service providers, and internal departments before and after loan closing • Confirm construction budgets, contracts, and plans • Advise on loan structures to mitigate risk • Review and comment on client design plans/specifications, contracts, budgets, invoices, third-party feasibility reports, and design concepts for feasibility and loan risk • Liaise between underwriters, credit analysts, sales, and clients regarding construction-related issues • Create and deliver department-customer training, including welcome calls and loan-level coaching • Interview and validate borrowers, owners’ representatives, and general contractors • Contribute to construction-element credit policies • Participate in developing future policies and procedures • Assist in training CFA I • Protect confidential and sensitive personal, loan, business, financial, and proprietary information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field • 3-5 years’ experience in Construction Management • Advanced knowledge of construction loans with construction reserve • Familiarity with construction terminology • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Fluent use of construction budget confirmation systems, such as Marshall and Swift Estimator • Knowledge of draw inspection reports • Excellent organizational, quantitative, and problem-solving skills • Ability to conduct telephone interviews • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Ability to complete tasks thoroughly • Ability to perform multiple assignments without immediate supervision • Ability to problem solve and investigate within company guidelines • Advanced verbal and written skills • Strict customer focus • Leadership qualities • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly
