📋 Description

• Provide direct infusion therapy and nursing care to patients in their homes or designated infusion suites • Administer IVIG, SCIG, Alpha-1 therapies, Blincyto, biologic medications, TPN, and other prescribed IV and injectable therapies • Perform medication administration, patient assessment, treatment monitoring, documentation, and patient education • Communicate with the patient's care team • Schedule work based on patient referrals and availability within the service area • Participate in a phone screening and virtual interview

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Wisconsin RN license • Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience • Current BLS certification • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills • Ability to work independently in a home or infusion suite setting • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to coordinate effectively with patients, pharmacies, providers, and other members of the care team • Experience administering infusion therapies to adult and/or pediatric patients is strongly preferred
