📋 Description

• Serve as the client’s main point of contact for day-to-day PBM operations • Oversee client operations and act as liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams • Ensure timely and successful delivery of client requests • Manage resolution status for routine to complex requests related to client business requirements • Track issues and engage internal departments and client resources from issue identification through resolution • Provide routine updates to clients on outstanding issues • Drive practical and creative solutions for complex situations • Discuss information at varying levels of complexity and stages of progression • Engage appropriate internal or client resources to drive issue resolution • Drive resolution within deadlines and ensure Client Performance Guarantees are met • Travel up to 20%, including flights, overnight stays, local travel on short notice, and other company-required travel

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Preferred: prior healthcare experience managing insurance, healthcare, or benefit accounts • Preferred: experience with Medicaid, Commercial, and/or Medicare Part D Plans • Ability to travel up to 20%, including flights, overnight stays, local travel on short notice, and other company-required travel
