• Develop and maintain mutually-favorable relationships with Aetna International clients (plan sponsors and producers) through superior account service • Develop, maintain and retain consultative client relationships, effectively positioning our value-added products and member services in accordance with business development objectives • Partner with customers on their employee benefit strategies with regard to health and wellness programs • Balance strategic planning and tactical implementation • Communicate and present information to audiences at all levels, both internally and externally • Review, deliver and coordinate account renewal activities • Meet both virtually and, at times, directly with customers (prospective clients, plan sponsors, and producers) • Develop and maintain proficient understanding of the international employee benefit business environment • Provide input to product development areas as appropriate to ensure competitive products and services • Prepare required and special market specific reports within expected timeframes
• 2-5 years Healthcare industry experience • Client Management experience • Active Health & Life License or must obtain after hire • Must be able to Travel up to 30% (Possible out of state travel) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) • Ability to work independently and with a team to deliver outcomes and drive results.
