📋 Description

• Maintain systems and tools to track, monitor, review, and submit regulatory and compliance deliverables and responses to state Medicaid agencies • Prepare basic regulatory reports for the Medicaid compliance team • Research and recommend compliant business operations, processes, and policies according to state-specific Medicaid requirements • Develop compliance-related communications responding to state Medicaid agency inquiries and requests • Maintain working knowledge of contractual, regulatory, and program policy obligations for a Medicaid managed care organization • Serve as a resource for health plan and growth partner staff on compliance education and business decisions • Support external audit reviews, including project management, deliverable tracking, responses, and corrective action plans through closure • Maintain contract libraries, regulatory reporting assignments, risk assessments, risk tracking lists, internal reporting systems, and department-wide tools • Use Microsoft products, Archer, and other job-specific systems; maintain documentation, train users, and contribute to system design, oversight, or maintenance • Support compliance oversight and monitoring activities across the business • Support mitigation and corrective action plans and escalate risks and issues through appropriate channels • Maintain productive relationships with internal and external constituents to communicate and influence ethical and compliant outcomes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Risk Management degree strongly preferred • Related degrees such as Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, and Legal Studies may also be considered • 0–2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, managed care, healthcare, insurance, audit, risk management, or a related field preferred • Experience with Medicaid or Medicaid managed care preferred • Project Management experience preferred • Audit experience preferred • Ability to use Microsoft products and compliance-specific tools such as Archer • Anticipated availability of 40 hours per week
