📋 Description

• Work closely with Patient Intake coordinators and insurance providers • Perform benefits verification and obtain medical authorizations • Support the National team as an Authorization Specialist • Apply customer service, call center, healthcare, insurance verification, and medical authorization experience

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service or call center environment • Data entry experience • Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word • Experience working in a healthcare environment • Experience working with healthcare insurance verification or obtaining medical authorizations • Experience with specialty infusion medications • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
