📋 Description
• supports comprehensive coordination of medical services including completing member outreaches, assisting with service authorizations, and member mailings. • utilizes Dynamo, QNXT, state agency systems and other Aetna systems to build, research, and enter member information as needed. • coordinates and arranges for health care service delivery under the direction of the nurse or medical director
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years of experience preferably in customer service, telemarketing and/or sales • Demonstrated knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Etc.
