• Process Medicare claims on the HRP-HealthEdge Platform • Review and adjudicate Medicare medical claims according to CMS claim processing guidelines • Service Medicare Advantage beneficiaries • Support various Medicare workstreams, including FE Claims, Specialty work, or the Rework team, as determined by business need • Research claims and work within several computer applications simultaneously • Work independently in a production environment while maintaining quality outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• 1 year of experience in a production environment • Detailed and quality oriented • Ability to research and work within several computer applications simultaneously • Microsoft Outlook • Strong keyboard skills • Strong computer navigational skills • Medical claim processing experience, preferably supporting Medicare products • Experience in a production-based environment with emphasis on quality outcomes • Medical terminology and coding certification • Claim processing experience preferred • Computer navigation proficiency • Production and quality background • Microsoft Office tools • High school diploma or equivalent GED
