📋 Description

• Provide management support for assigning clinical offering requests for Clinical Non-Adjudication offerings submitted through eProject and Salesforce • Assist in designing and implementing clinical data collection processes, including forms, case report details, and electronic data capture systems • Perform accurate and consistent clinical data entry • Validate and verify entered data for completeness and correctness • Conduct quality checks and audits to identify and resolve clinical data discrepancies or errors • Maintain clinical databases, including secure data storage, organization, and retrieval • Prepare clinical data analyses, reports, summaries, and statistical analyses • Organize, file, and maintain physical files and supporting documentation • Respond to clinical administrative queries and escalate complex issues to management • Document solutions and create reports identifying common issues, trends, and improvement opportunities • Exercise established clinical protocols when directed and provide ongoing support to enhance user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or call center environment • Data analyst skills • Prior experience with Excel at an intermediate level • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed • Regular and predictable attendance • High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) • Excellent communication skills • Previous experience working with Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) preferred
