📋 Description

• Support Inventory, Data Analytics, DC, and Merchandising partners through inventory initiatives from concept and pilot through testing, implementation, and benefit realization • Own and maintain the rubric for evaluating inventory changes, including evidence standards, financial thresholds, and approval criteria • Maintain audit trails for inventory parameter changes, policy decisions, and test outcomes • Ensure Blue Yonder settings, WOS targets, safety stock, and other planning parameter changes follow governance protocols • Scope problems, design tests or pilots, define measurement methodologies, track results, and synthesize recommendations • Evaluate financial impacts including working capital, inventory investment, write-off risk, and in-stock performance • Build and maintain analytical frameworks and models for repeatable inventory policy and system-change decisions • Track inventory investment implications against expected outcomes • Translate inventory decisions into financial language concerning working capital, margin, and service levels • Connect internally developed applications with enterprise planning platforms such as Blue Yonder • Advise partners on applicable tools, workflows, and data and decision flows • Provide governance and analytics input into tool development and enhancement • Identify tool connectivity gaps and recommend improvements • Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and decision frameworks • Facilitate training on self-service tools and analytical resources • Define and communicate when partners can work independently versus when F&R involvement is required

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, inventory planning, or a related analytical field • 2–3 years of experience utilizing SQL • Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or similar technologies • 2–3 years of experience working with inventory planning systems such as Blue Yonder, JDA, or similar • Ability to build or apply a structured decision framework or rubric in an operational context • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Ability to design tests, interpret results, and present findings clearly • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Statistics, Operations Management, or a related field • Experience with Python, Databricks, or other advanced analytics tools preferred • Experience in an S&OP, IBP, or inventory governance function preferred • Familiarity with working capital metrics and inventory investment tracking preferred • Experience developing SOPs or process documentation at an enterprise scale preferred • Exposure to next-generation planning platforms or system implementation projects preferred • Understanding of enterprise planning tool integration with internally developed analytics applications preferred • APICS, CSCMP, or equivalent supply chain certification preferred
