📋 Description
• serve as the Sales Operations and Enablement Lead Director • support New Business Development • manage operational components of pharmaceutical manufacturer partnerships • monitor and track enhanced services milestones • own end-to-end enhanced services invoicing process • represent New Business Development organization in marketing and sales materials • identify and implement process improvement and reporting enhancements
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years’ experience • experience building, scaling, or supporting sales operations • strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturer market access models • advanced proficiency in Excel • experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred • bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or related fields
