📋 Description

• Lead the Solutions Delivery function for standardized analytics products and customized pharmaceutical manufacturer engagements • Own end-to-end delivery governance, timelines, scope, quality standards, and client commitments • Lead contract-to-execution transitions and implementation readiness • Align cross-functional teams on responsibilities, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics • Establish scalable delivery standards, deployment methodologies, and repeatable execution practices • Serve as senior escalation point for client, cross-functional, and operational issues • Drive commercialization and adoption of analytics solutions • Develop go-to-market frameworks, implementation playbooks, and partner enablement models • Identify, evaluate, recruit, and expand strategic partnerships • Oversee client satisfaction, relationship management, business value, and account expansion • Manage concurrent client engagements, capacity planning, resource utilization, and portfolio performance • Implement operating procedures, governance processes, engagement playbooks, templates, metrics, and reporting frameworks • Monitor portfolio financial performance, revenue realization, profitability, margins, forecasting, and business reviews • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts • Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Data, Analytics, Strategy, Operations, Legal, and external partners • Provide matrixed leadership, coaching, and guidance to engagement managers, analysts, and delivery resources • Support executive reviews, business planning, strategic planning, product adoption, and client success initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in consulting, pharmaceutical services, healthcare analytics, data delivery, business intelligence, product commercialization, strategic partnerships, or client engagement leadership • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturers’ commercial, market access, medical, patient engagement, and analytics needs • Experience leading complex, multi-project portfolios with responsibility for delivery outcomes and client satisfaction • Success leading large-scale client engagements, strategic partnerships, and commercialization initiatives • Experience overseeing cross-functional teams and managing large-scale analytics or consulting engagements • Experience building scalable operating models, implementation frameworks, and delivery organizations • Strong understanding of project governance, delivery operations, performance measurement, and process optimization • Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • Experience managing financial performance, including revenue realization, margin management, forecasting, P&L accountability, and operational efficiency initiatives preferred • Experience working with consulting firms, technology partners, or healthcare ecosystem organizations preferred • Pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare services, or life sciences industry experience strongly preferred • Master’s degree preferred
