📋 Description

• Work directly with key client contacts as a client-facing member of the account services team • Deliver timely, accurate, and reliable client interactions through email, client calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings • Own hiring, training, and development for a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers • Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports and drive improvements in skills and career development • Work cross-functionally with internal leaders to drive outstanding client satisfaction • Identify best practices and ensure projects focus on initiatives that provide best-in-class value to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) • Advanced understanding of CVS Health, PBM and Health Plan market segments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both virtually and in person • Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize, and resolve complex problems • Ability to work variable hours to support a client’s needs • Ability to recruit, lead and develop a team of professionals • Ability to develop and lead a high performing team • Ability to keep highly sensitive client and CVS Health information confidential • A minimum of 5 years of work experience • Travel up to 25% of the time, including flights, overnight stays, local travel, short-notice travel, and other travel the Company deems necessary • 3 or more years of experience in Healthcare or in an Account Management role • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
