• Own the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities for one or more digital products or capabilities. • Partner with business, technology, UX, analytics, and operations teams to define product requirements and deliver customer-focused solutions. • Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable efficient product development. • Drive products through the full product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, development, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization. • Prioritize investments and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, strategic objectives, and data-driven insights. • Lead agile product management activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and release readiness. • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure product adoption, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business impact. • Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. • Communicate product vision, roadmap, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. • Build strong cross-functional partnerships to align priorities, remove barriers, and ensure successful product delivery.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or related fields. • Experience defining and delivering customer-facing or enterprise digital products. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable product solutions. • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working within Agile product development environments. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
