📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and communicate product vision and strategy for IT solutions • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs • Gather requirements, prioritize features, and align stakeholders with business objectives • Facilitate collaboration among product managers, UX/UI designers, scrum masters, development teams, business stakeholders, marketing, and third-party partners • Advocate for consumer and client needs to drive member/client and product growth • Create, prioritize, and manage the product delivery backlog • Write user stories and acceptance criteria • Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Develop and implement change management strategies with the Change Management advisor • Provide training and support to users and stakeholders on IT products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management • Strong software development knowledge, including coding, software architecture, and development processes • Ability to adapt to current technologies • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe • Proficiency with product/project management tools such as JIRA, Rally, Confluence, and Miro • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and task-management abilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and influence decision-making • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification preferred • Completion of recognized product owner training programs preferred • Experience developing technology products for the healthcare industry preferred • Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred
