📋 Description
• oversee systems tasks supporting the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of AR systems • manage medium- to long-term projects supporting our AR systems throughout the SDLC • lead, coach, and develop colleagues supporting Revenue Cycle systems improvement work • partner with business owners and IT partners to understand business needs
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of systems and/or operations experience • 3+ years of leadership experience, which can include coaching, developing, project managing, etc. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • familiarity with Home Infusion and/or Specialty Pharmacy operations or other Healthcare field • experience managing and/or supporting Revenue Cycle operations • experience working and leading in a remote environment
