📋 Description

• Full-stack designer: owner of all dimensions of design – research, usability evaluation, information architecture, wireframes, visual, CSS and HTML • Demonstrate a methodical process that takes business and user needs to ship delightful user experiences into the hands of users. • Experience working directly with business, product, and tech stakeholders to produce great user experiences that satisfy user needs, business needs and technically feasibility • Able to advocate for user centered design, design standards, and value of design in written and verbal communications • Experience leading and facilitating activities with a group such as design sketching exercises, user research synthesis, and retros

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience as a UX Architect, UX Designer, or Product Designer role. • 2+ years of experience in at least one of the 3 design pillars: user research, interaction design or visual design. • 1+ years of working effectively with Agile and lean philosophies • 1+ years of experience working independently with clients or stakeholder and designing business or enterprise applications • 1+ years of experience executing user-centered design methodologies by leading product design decisions from research through implementation • 1+ years of experience designing and prototyping in Figma • 1+ year of experience with modern front-end technologies and open source frameworks (e.g. Material Design, HTML/CSS, grid systems, responsive design)
