📋 Description

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve SOX processes through automation, AI, analytics, and process redesign. • Develop and execute a roadmap for SOX transformation and continuous improvement. • Simplify and standardize control activities across the organization. • Build data-driven monitoring and reporting capabilities. • Introduce innovative solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance effectiveness. • Partner with business, technology, and audit stakeholders to drive change and adoption of new tools and processes. • Support the development of a modern, technology-enabled SOX compliance function.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, compliance, or controls-related initiatives. • Experience implementing automation, AI, analytics, or other technology solutions that improve business processes or controls. • Proven ability to work across functions and lead change initiatives.
