📋 Description

• Act as a Product Owner for a Scrum team and drive execution of the product roadmap • Manage and prioritize inbound project requests from multiple business owners • Collaborate with design, technology, product, and operations partners to define and refine business requirements • Lead end-to-end website launches from requirements gathering through post-launch analysis • Lead product update rollouts across experiences and manage stakeholder customizations • Meet control requirements for successful and compliant product launches • Manage relationships with department leaders, business owners, IT, Customer Experience SMEs, and creative teams • Monitor the competitive landscape, understand technical capabilities, champion user experiences, and support successful market launches • Guide iterative optimization using A/B testing and personalization strategies • Improve productivity and customer experience through AI and automation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a corporate or agency setting, ideally in a highly regulated industry, with evidence of success and increasing responsibility • At least 1 year of agile web product owner experience • Experience defining stories and populating and prioritizing backlogs using JIRA or Rally • Adept problem-solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Ability to communicate for impact • Strong interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Preferred: 1 year of product management experience in a B2C and/or regulated industry • Preferred: Experience with the Adobe stack (AEM, Target, Customer Journey Analytics) • Preferred: Experience in a highly matrixed or enterprise organization • Preferred: Familiarity with agentic work management tools • Comfort with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, and Customer Journey Analytics • Interest in AI and automation • Ability to work 40 hours weekly
