• Responsible for post - service claim review • Compile claim information for clinician review • Review provider and member claims • Follow applicable workflows and legal requirements • Work with internal and external departments for claims review • Maintain resource materials and systems
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years experience • Knowledge of utilization management rules and regulations • Claims Processing/ customer service experience preferred • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
