📋 Description

• Provide psychosocial support and education addressing the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and older • Practice at the top of the therapist’s license with support from the clinical care team • Build and grow the Minute Clinic practice without the burden of payor contracting, credentialing, and billing • Use evidence-based assessment and treatment planning tools • Deliver short-term counseling and support continuity of care for patients • Collaborate on patient care within the Minute Clinic team • Provide virtual therapy services to patients in California

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered California license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, or LMFT • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University • Must be willing and able to obtain additional state licensure if hired • Preferred: Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery • Preferred: Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms • Preferred: Understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Preferred: Crisis intervention skills • Preferred: Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
