📋 Description

• Provide psychosocial support and education addressing the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families ages 13+ • Practice at the top of license with support from the clinical care team • Build and grow the Minute Clinic practice without the burden of payor contracting, credentialing, and billing • Use assessment and treatment planning tools to provide evidence-based care and support continuity of care • Deliver short-term counseling and collaborate on patient care • Work within a stable, consistent, and professional Minute Clinic environment

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) • Must be licensed in Florida • Will be required to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University • Morning, evening, and weekend scheduling availability • Ability to provide care to individuals, couples/families ages 13+
