📋 Description

• Provide psychosocial support and education addressing the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families aged 13+ • Build and grow the Minute Clinic mental health practice • Practice at the top of the applicable clinical license with support from the clinical care team • Use evidence-based assessment and treatment planning tools • Deliver short-term counseling and continuity of care for patients • Collaborate on patient care and treatment planning • Provide remote therapy across morning, evening, and weekend schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered Florida state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT • Willingness to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs • Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Use of evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university • Morning, evening, and weekend scheduling availability • Ability to provide care to individuals, couples/families ages 13+ • Preferred: experience with or willingness to learn virtual therapy delivery • Preferred: understanding of psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Preferred: comfort using electronic health record systems and multiple platforms • Preferred: understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Preferred: crisis intervention skills • Preferred: previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
