📋 Description

• Provide mental health support to clients ages 13+ in Arizona and/or California • Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans • Deliver short-term counseling using evidence-based methodologies • Collaborate on patient care and support continuity of care • Practice virtually with support from the clinical care team • Build and grow the MinuteClinic mental health practice • Use assessment and treatment planning tools • Reach patients within their communities

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as an LCSW, LPC/LCPC, LCMHC, or LMFT • Willingness to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs • Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Evidence-based methodologies including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university • Ability to support clients ages 13+ • Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery • Understanding of psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Comfort using electronic health record systems and multiple platforms • Understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Crisis intervention skills • Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
