📋 Description

• Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families ages 13+ • Build and grow the Minute Clinic mental health practice • Deliver evidence-based assessment, treatment planning, and short-term counseling • Use motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Support continuity of care through assessment and treatment planning tools • Collaborate with the clinical care team • Provide virtual therapy to patients within their communities • Practice autonomously at the top of the applicable license

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses based on business needs • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university • Supports patients ages 13 and older • Ability to work 20–40 hours per week • Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery • Understanding of psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Comfort using electronic health record systems and multiple platforms • Understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Crisis intervention skills • Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
