📋 Description

• Provide mental health therapy and psychosocial support for individuals, couples, and families ages 13+ • Practice at the top of license with support from the clinical care team • Build and grow the Minute Clinic practice • Use assessment and treatment planning tools to support continuity of care • Deliver evidence-based short-term counseling and treatment • Collaborate on patient care and provide education addressing mental wellbeing • Support clients in Washington state and/or California

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as an LCSW, LICSW, LPCC, LMHC, or LMFT • Must be willing and able to obtain additional state licensure • Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university • Must be licensed in California and/or Washington state • Ability to support clients ages 13+ • Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery • Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and multiple platforms • Understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Crisis intervention skills • Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
